Imagine writing a complaint to a company. There used to be a clear-cut way to do it: you take a piece of paper and pour out all of your disappointment and rage in language as formal as possible, to highlight the severity of the situation. But now, when more and more companies use Twitter and Facebook chat for customer service, this approach seems peculiar.
