According to the survey results, four teachers abstained from voting, while four were in favor of extending Riddle’s contract. However, 26 teachers, nearly two-thirds of the union members, expressed opposition. Many staff members believe the leadership in the district lacks the inspiration and communication that are necessary for a positive educational environment.
